(Poem 4) I Love Winter
I Love Winter
I love winter; the cold air
gently kisses my cheek on the left of its coming. Winter brings warmth to my
soul as I sip hot coco and inhale its deep aroma; each sip sends calm to my
veins.
Soft sweaters and fur-lined boots cover me but not for protection from the cold, they keep me in safe and secure.
Snow’s gentle presence covers the roof tops and provides itself as a blanket. Each white crystal brings light to my eyes and I can behold all of winter’s beauty. I love you winter, kiss my cheek on the right of your going.

Snow’s gentle presence covers the roof tops and provides itself as a blanket. Each white crystal brings light to my eyes and I can behold all of winter’s beauty. I love you winter, kiss my cheek on the right of your going.
