Vegan for Her


Finally another book review! I just finished reading Vegan for Her by Virginia Messina a registered dietician. Vegan for Her is about veganism as it pertains to women's health. She goes over the importance of balanced nutrition and includes easy recipes.
I appreciate that Messina took time to talk about the importance of (not excess) fats. She addresses Omega fatty acids and lists the food sources. She also talks about the importance or calcium, iron and other vitamins and minerals your body needs.
